At Quatra Core, ensuring a smooth return process is our priority. To initiate a return by mail, please proceed by contacting our Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) team at [email protected].
When returning your package, prominently display the RMA number on the package’s front. Packages lacking an RMA cannot be accepted and will be returned to the sender.
Ensure the items for return are securely placed in an appropriately sized shipping container. Please avoid writing on or attaching shipping labels directly to the original manufacturer’s packaging.
Include a duplicate invoice as a packing slip within the package to facilitate smoother processing.
Please note, all returns must be shipped within ten days of the RMA date to avoid automatic cancellation.
At Quatra Core, we issue only one RMA per order or item. Customers are responsible for any items not included in the return shipment.
For a successful return, ensure the item is in its original packaging; otherwise, it will not be accepted.
To guarantee a smooth return, your item must be shipped using a service that provides a tracking number (e.g., UPS, FedEx, USPS, DHL). Additionally, any insurance-related expenses for the package are the sender’s responsibility.”

Any returned items that are not defective will incur a 25% restocking fee. Restocking fees won’t be charged in cases where Quatra Core delivers the incorrect item. When a customer returns a product with the note “Faulty Product” or “Dead on Arrival,” our engineer will examine the item for flaws. If a problem is found, your money will be refunded or the product will be changed. However, the customer is responsible for paying 25% of the restocking fee if the product is free of defects.
You will be billed 50% of the restocking fee if you return a brand-new item with an open box. A minimum of 50% restocking fee will be charged upon return if a customer orders the incorrect item or decides they no longer need it.

If, at our sole discretion, we agree to authorize the return for credit of unwanted products, the merchandise must be sent back within fourteen days with our prior written agreement. The items must remain unopened, with the manufacturer’s seals intact, and in a condition suitable for resale. In the case of non-faulty returns, a restocking fee ranging from 25% to 50% may apply, depending on the circumstances, unless the items were incorrectly supplied by Quatra Core.
Should the customer fail to return incorrectly supplied items in their original condition, which includes the goods’ accessories, manuals, software, and warranties – all of which should be undamaged – a 25% re-stocking fee will be charged. Customers are kindly requested to repack the goods using the same method in which they were initially delivered.
